RentSync Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to RentSync, a rental management app provided by KligTech for property owners, tenants and administrators.

Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating or using a RentSync account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that the details you provide are accurate.

RentSync is intended for lawful rental management use by owners, tenants and administrators who are at least 18 years old.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number login, app PIN and device access.

You must not share credentials with unauthorized persons.

Permitted Use

RentSync must be used only for lawful property management activities.

You must not use the app to upload illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, harmful or malicious content.

You must not attempt to bypass app security, access another user account, interfere with the service, or misuse RentSync to send spam or unlawful communications.

User Content and Documents

You remain responsible for rental records, notices, payment notes, identity documents and other content you enter or upload in RentSync.

You grant RentSync permission to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You must have the required rights and permissions before uploading documents or personal information about another person.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, designs, features and other materials in RentSync are the intellectual property of KligTech or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app except where permitted by law.

You must not use RentSync content, branding, logos or other protected materials without prior written permission.

Data and Privacy

RentSync stores operational account and rental records to provide service features and security controls.

Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy shown in the app.

Payments and Financial Records

RentSync records manual or offline rent and expense information entered by users. It does not process card, bank, UPI, wallet or in-app payments unless a separate payment feature is added and disclosed.

Users are responsible for verifying payment records, rent calculations, tax treatment and legal obligations that apply to their rental operations.

Service and Access

Account approval, suspension, or deactivation may be performed by administrators for policy or security reasons.

Features may change over time as the service evolves.

RentSync may restrict access, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or are required to be removed by law.

Changes to Terms

RentSync may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates should be reflected by updating the in-app terms date or hosted terms page.

Continued use of RentSync after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

RentSync is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

While reasonable efforts are made to support accurate records and reliable service, RentSync does not guarantee the accuracy of compliance requirements, the timeliness of government updates, or uninterrupted availability of services.

Users should seek professional advice where required and remain responsible for reviewing records and compliance obligations relevant to their operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentSync and KligTech are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

RentSync and KligTech are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, penalties, compliance failures, or other losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by users.
